Buddy Time

Room 6 & 7 really enjoy their buddy time on a Friday.  Today we loved listening to them read to us.

Science Experiments!

Room 7 tested out how useful friction can be.  We timed how long it would take to move some gummy bears from one bowl to another using chopsticks.  We then did it again, but this time the gummy bears were covered in oil! It was really tricky with less friction!

Maths Multiplication Arrays

We have been making and using arrays to help us understand multiplication and find the answers.  We used lego!

We travelled back in time to find out what life was like 100 years ago in New Zealand.

Room 6&7 Chair Challenge!

We had to work as a team to get all the people and chairs from the start to the finish line.  It was tricky because we weren't allowed to touch the ground or talk to each other!
